Mike Novogratz is the founder and chief executive officer of Galaxy Digital, a digital asset firm he launched in 2018. He was previously a partner and president of Fortress Investment Group, from which he retired in January 2016, and before that spent 11 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was elected partner in 1998.
