Mike Wilson's price predictions

Mike Wilson is chief investment officer and chief U.S. equity strategist at Morgan Stanley, where he became chief U.S. equity strategist in February 2017. He joined the firm in 1989 as an investment banker, worked in its Institutional Equities Division from 1995, and was appointed chief investment officer of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in 2012. He presents a weekly episode of the firm's Thoughts on the Market podcast.

Gives targets for the S&P 500, usually as a year-end or 12-month level, published in Morgan Stanley's outlook notes and repeated in television interviews that news outlets report. He also names nearer-term levels for corrections or rallies. The calls go in both directions, for the index to fall in some years and to rise in others.
